By requesting a service, you certify that you have the legal authority to authorize cleanup at the designated property. HazardPros reserves the right to refuse service for any site deemed unsafe or inaccessible by our technicians.

 

2. Scope of Work

HazardPros provides specialized biohazard, hoarding, and crime scene cleanup. The specific scope of work will be outlined in a written estimate or service agreement. Any additional cleanup required outside the original estimate may result in additional charges.

 

3. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept major credit cards and insurance-integrated billing where applicable. Late payments may be subject to interest charges.

 

4. Confidentiality & Privacy

We understand the sensitive nature of our work. HazardPros maintains strict confidentiality regarding all remediation sites. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your personal data and call recordings.

 

5. Limitation of Liability

HazardPros utilizes industry-standard disinfection and remediation techniques. However, HazardPros is not liable for pre-existing structural damage, property depreciation, or items that must be disposed of due to contamination levels that exceed safe restoration limits.

By providing your phone number, you agree to receive service-related communications via text and voice. You may opt-out at any time by replying STOP.

 

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington.
